Our story
Northern Computers (NNYOnline, LLC) is a veteran-owned managed services provider based in Watertown, NY. Since 1999, we've helped municipalities, healthcare organizations, and defense contractors across Jefferson, Lewis, and St. Lawrence Counties secure, manage, and maintain their technology environments. Our team brings specialized expertise in cybersecurity and regulatory compliance, including PCI DSS, HIPAA, the NY SHIELD Act, NIST CSF 2.0, NIST SP 800-171, and CMMC.
Service runs in the company
We're veteran-owned, with veterans across three generations on staff. Military service teaches disciplined process, documentation, and calm under pressure — habits that show up in how we run an incident response. Being minutes from Fort Drum, we also mentor transitioning Soldiers into IT careers; some of our best technicians started here.
